What is AI humanization?

AI humanization means rewriting text, usually text from an AI chatbot, so it reads the way a person would write it. Chatbot text is often fluent but predictable: the same sentence shapes repeat, words like “furthermore” and “moreover” pile up, and the tone stays formal even when the moment isn't.

A good humanized rewrite keeps the facts and changes the delivery:

  • it varies sentence length and rhythm
  • it swaps stock phrases for plain ones
  • it matches the tone to the reader, from a casual post to a client email
  • it cuts filler that adds words but no meaning

What it should not change is your facts, numbers, names and conclusions. Read the result before you use it, especially anything precise.

The short version

Rewrites stiff or AI-generated text so it reads more naturally, with settings for how much to change and who the text is for.

It works on any text you paste in, whether it came from ChatGPT, another AI tool or your own first draft.

What people humanize

  • Emails and messages

Turn a stiff, AI-drafted email into something that sounds like you wrote it to a person.

  • Social posts and captions

Loosen announcement-style text so it reads like a post, not a press release.

  • Your own essays and reports

Make a draft clearer and easier to read. Follow your school's or employer's rules on AI tools.

  • Listings and descriptions

Rework generic product or listing copy so it's specific and readable.

  • Chatbot answers you want to share

Make an answer from ChatGPT or another assistant sound natural before you pass it on.

Benefits and limitations

What it does well

  • Works on your iPhone and iPad, wherever you write.
  • You control how much changes, who the text is for and how complex it reads.
  • You can check a result with the built-in AI Detector before you use it.
  • Results are saved in History, so you can come back to them.

Limitations to know

  • It doesn't fact-check. Mistakes in the original stay in the rewrite.
  • Any rewrite can shift meaning, so review numbers, names and qualifiers.
  • There's a limit on how much text you can rewrite at once; the counter shows it.
  • No tool can guarantee how AI detectors will score a text.

FAQ

AI Humanizer questions

Does AI Humanizer work with text from ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude?

Yes. AI Humanizer works on any text you paste into it, whichever tool wrote it. You copy the text from your chatbot app and paste it into the Humanizer; the app doesn't need access to your chatbot account.

Which humanization intensity should I choose?

As a rule of thumb, start with Medium, which the app describes as a balanced transformation for natural flow. Try Low when the text is nearly right and needs a light touch, and High when it sounds very robotic. Read the result before you use it, whichever you pick.

Will humanizing change the meaning of my text?

The aim is to keep your meaning and change how it's said, but any rewrite can shift emphasis or drop a detail. Compare the result with your original, especially numbers, names, dates and words like “not”, “only” and “usually”.

What do the Purpose options do?

Purpose tells the Humanizer what kind of writing you're working on: General, Academic, Business or Creative. Pick the one closest to where the text will be used, for example Business for an email to a client or Creative for a caption.

Can I find a rewrite again later?

Yes. Humanizer results are saved in History, where you can search them, filter by Humanizer or Detector, expand an entry to read it again, or delete everything with Clear All.

Will humanized text pass AI detectors?

There's no guarantee, and no tool can honestly promise it. Detectors give estimates, and different detectors score the same text differently. Use AI Humanizer to improve how your text reads, and follow the rules that apply to your writing.
